I am very excited to join Sekolah Buin Batu as a Middle and Senior school Mathematics facilitator.
I began my teaching career in India and gained international experience at schools such as Westwood International School in Botswana, Pathways World School in India, Deira International School in Dubai, and The Aga Khan Academy in India. My experience includes teaching, Head of Math, DP Coordinator, and Dean of Academics.
I have taught various subjects, including IGCSE Mathematics, IB MYP and DP Mathematics, DP Digital Society, and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Additionally, I am also a Math HL Examiner and IA Moderator. I hold a master’s degree in pure mathematics and a degree in education from Osmania University, India. Recently I have pursued Harvard University’s School Management and Leadership certificate.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing and creating board games, reading, travelling, and cooking. I am passionate about encouraging students to bring their curiosity and aptitude into the classroom, creating opportunities for them to step outside their comfort zones, be creative, and enhance their problem-solving skills.
