Hello, my name is Murray Hodgson and I am delighted to be the Head of School at this unique school. I spent the 19 years working at an International school in Jakarta. Prior to this I worked in South Korea and Australia. I have a Masters Degree in Curriculum Development from Michigan State University (USA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Administration from Deakin University, Victoria, Australia.
My commitment lies in ensuring that education remains relevant and engaging for all students. I advocate for the development of essential life skills, such as effective communication, reflection, creativity, risk-taking, and community contribution.
Beyond academics, I enjoy activities like running and team sports. I am an avid AFL follower. I enjoy exploring the beauty of Indonesia.
It is an honor to reside in Indonesia and to support the SBB community. I’m privileged to be associated with Amman Mineral. Their outstanding generosity and support to the school community are truly commendable.
