Hello, I am Melissa Tredinnick, and I come from Woolgoolga on the north coast of
New South Wales, Australia. I am very excited to join the team at Sekolah Buin Batu
to share my passion for Individuals and Societies, specialising in the teaching of
Business Management.
I have a Bachelor of Education degree from Newcastle University in Australia and
have been in education since 1992, working across many New South Wales schools
in Human Society and its Environment, achieving Head of Faculty in 2019. I have also
worked internationally at the Australian International School in Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam.
I am an avid sportsperson and traveller which has provided me with many exotic
international experiences, predominantly in Indonesia, which I consider my second
home. I enjoy surfing, diving, swimming, netball, hiking and yoga to name a few
activities. I look forward to becoming part of the wider SBB community, and
exploring more of beautiful Sumbawa.
